Shipping Policy

Every Night Night order ships with care. Details on timelines, carriers and rates are below.

Dispatch

Night Night's first production run is currently taking pre-orders. Once the run reaches capacity, your order is prepared from Australian-held stock and dispatched from Australia.

Shipping for this first production run begins in early October. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If there are any unexpected delays, we'll keep you informed by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracked shipping.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected dispatch period, please contact hello@nightnight.au.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using Australia Post and selected domestic and international courier partners.

The carrier used will depend on your delivery location and shipping service selected.

Signature on delivery may be required for some shipments.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact hello@nightnight.au as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We've carefully engineered our packaging to protect your products throughout transit, including double-boxed packaging designed to minimise the risk of shipping damage.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact hello@nightnight.au.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
