Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been dispatched.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance bottles.
Unopened products in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required by applicable consumer law.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact hello@nightnight.au within 14 days of delivery.
